Three Chimneys Farm will host its 2018 winter open house and stallion show Sunday, Jan. 7 through Thursday, Jan. 11.

The farm’s stallions are available for inspection each day from 9:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.

Will Take Charge, the leading freshman sire of 2017 by yearling average, at $169,190, will be available for a fee of $30,000 this year. The fee for Strong Mandate, whose first foals will be 2-year-olds of 2018, will also remain unchanged this year, at $10,000. Strong Mandate was also a top-five first crop yearling sire in 2017, led by a $825,000 filly.

Three Chimneys also has a pair of sires whose first crop are yearlings of 2018: Palace Malice, winner of both the Belmont S. (G1) and Metropolitan Mile (G1), and Fast Anna, a son of champion 2-year-old Dreaming of Anna who bred nearly 200 mares his first two seasons.

Veteran stallions Caleb’s Posse, winner of the Breeders’ Cup Dirt Mile (G1), and Sky Mesa, the sire of more than 60 stakes winners and earners of $49 million, round out the lineup available for public viewing.

Three Chimneys is located at 1981 Old Frankfort Pike, Versailles, KY 40383.
